Wake Up, Businesses! Workplace Violence Prevention Programs Save Lives

It is truly disheartening to witness the countless reasons why businesses turn a blind eye to the urgent need for workplace violence prevention programs. It is as if they believe that their organization is immune to the horrors that can unfold within its walls. How can they be so naive, so oblivious to the potential dangers lurking in the shadows?

Perhaps it is their insatiable hunger for productivity and profitability that blinds them to the cries for safety. They prioritize their bottom line over the lives and well-being of their own employees. How can they sleep at night, knowing that they have neglected their duty to protect those who dedicate their time and energy to their cause?

Some businesses, it seems, are simply unable to muster the resources necessary to implement a comprehensive program. They claim poverty as their excuse, as if the cost of safeguarding lives is too great a burden to bear. But what price can be placed on the sanctity of human life?
